I was in a pickle. I had somewhere to be. A romantic moment. And my expensive kat von d waterproof tattoo eyeliner was fading fast after more than 16 hours on my watery eyes but I was broke. No money in the budget for makeup so I ran into my local Meijer and grabbed the cheapest eyeliner I could. That was this.
I was super surprised at how creamy and soft and super pigmented this is. If you've ever tried my go to marc Jacobs highliner its similar. This is more smudgey and a tad bit more oily than that but it works. It's black, so black and it's the only thing that can go on my eyes when they are watering so bad no eyeliner will go on.
It does smudge a lot so that's annoying but it can be good for a certain look and honestly it's so black. The kind of black girls like me love. Love it. And for 1 dollar. Can't beat it.
