I wasn't sure about the chill factor of this product. I tried taking a similar product a while back (Theanine Serene with Relora), and it spaced me out, not what I was looking for during the day. This product is different. It eases my anxiety, but leaves my brain intact. It's a lot like CBD without the CBD. I like them, they do the job!

I like the idea of this product. That it helps to calm you down. It is also free from artifical flavors, synthetic dyes, parabens and talc. Overall i wouldnt use this product because of the following: over priced and the pills are too big for me to swallow. If the pills were smaller then i'd rate 4/5
