I brought this product for my niece thinking it would help out with irregularity and it didn't come through. It wasn't expensive and I brought it at Giant, maybe it's just my niece but I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't purchase it again either.

This really does help with constipation, it doesn't happen over night but within about 2 days it is working!
