This product lifted my hair several shades without excessive damage. The included instructions were easy to follow and understand. I appreciated the gentle fragrance, which wasn't overpowering like some other bleaches. My hair felt surprisingly soft after processing, and the results were even. This product helped eliminate brassiness in my dirty blonde hair & made my look more icy, which I love for winter! It was easy to use and I would recommend however it did make my scalp a little itchy but maybe I just have sensitive skin!

This color was way too white for me so I could not use it, but the product itself was great quality and I appreciated everything that came with it! Great kit.
