*not a professional hair dresser and all advice is based on my own experience* Absolutely in love with this lightning system!! It’s one of the best lighteners I’ve used and super easy to apply for the DIY, at-home self-proclaimed hair stylist. The results have been consistent which is key especially with lightening. It can be intimidating because of the Classic worries that arise: What if it lifts too many levels? What if there is unwanted brassiness? Will it fry my hair? What about continuity of coverage? The clay based lightener mixes easy and has a light, fluffy marshmallowy texture. This allows little room for error when applying because it’s thicker vs typical runny coloring products. You don’t have to apply it perfect because the texture allows it easy to manipulate once placed on your locks. I added a single use, scented oil from Sally for extra moisture since it is lightener and well, yes it does dry our strands. I also added a violet brass reducer to the toner I used. Highly recommend!!
