32 reviews**Smell**: Pleasant and not too strong. Although it is a coloring product, the smell does not cause discomfort, as with some other developers. I would say that it is quite neutral and does not remain on the hair after the procedure.
**Consistency**: Creamy texture. The developer is thick enough, which makes it easy to mix it with paint, and does not spread over the hair during application. This is convenient because it allows you to distribute the mixture more accurately and accurately.
**Efficiency**: Does an excellent job. My hair got the right level of lightening and color fastness without damaging the structure. 10 Volume (3%) is ideal for light lightening and toning without creating significant stress on the hair.
**Packaging**: The packaging is quite simple and practical. The bottle with the dispenser allows you to use the product sparingly, and the packaging itself is reliably protected, does not spill the contents, which is always important for ease of use.
**Vality**: This is excellent value for money. The product is affordable, and the result meets expectations. The product is very effective and suitable for professional use, while it has no excessive cost.
In general, Wella Color Charm 10 Volume Cream Developer is a good hair coloring and lightening product with excellent results, which can be used both in the salon and at home.
I’ve been a hairstylist for over 20 years and this has been an amazing product for me. It saved all of my clients when Covid happened. They were able to get it from Sally’s and hang in there until things settled down.
Great quality! Works like the most expensive developers for a very good price. Easy to use and it gives good color results. Color does not fade. However, packaging seem a bit cheap.
