For a gluten free product, this is extremely tasty and snackable! It’s a thick doughy cracker that melts in your mouth but still has a crisp texture. It is slightly reminiscent of a dense saltine cracker. It tastes exactly like an everything bagel, so I could see it pairing well with cream cheese and a little smoked salmon! Otherwise, they’re great on their own. It is high in salt content, so be aware of portion sizes, but other than that the ingredients look normal and nutritious. It’s tasty enough that someone who is not gluten free would still enjoy eating these, which is quite rare to find!
