Great for an anytime snack or to make for breakfast. I love making a egg white breakfast sandwich in the morning with some spinach and tomato. It makes it really easy to keep track of your points also.
I love the weight watchers english muffins toasted with almond butter! They are thinner than the regular english muffins so you don't feel guilty eating both slices !!! They taste damn good as well with just margarine or butter. The carb count is low on these so if you're on a low carb diet you can indulge in these and feel good about it!
