Honestly, I didn’t really have any noticeable health difference either frequent use of this product. Maybe with more than one month use you may notice a difference.

Pretty good product and I am satisfied with it. It contains apple cider vinegar so it helps reducing my desire to eat more. Overall pretty decent product

Lost a couple lbs, taking everyday. You get a lot in the package and then re fresh. I have bought another bottle. They roast great and are easy to chew.
