Very good resistance! They stay in place and very easy to use. A bit expensive in my opinion but it's worth it

I really Enjoy a compact, effective workout wherever I train with this any day and anytime is really cool to do workouts with this

I'm not a big exercise, working out person. However, I have had back problems for awhile and in the past couple of months my chiropractor has had me using the resistance band as a way to build core strength which helps with back problems.
