In the warmer months we use our Weber Grill daily. We have had this Grill for 3 to 4 years now. I wish it was a little bigger. I think we are ready for an upgrade. We have liked this Grill and our meals turn out wonderful. It is portable with the wheels so I can move it around on deck to clean. It is just small for our growing family. We enjoy hosting gatherings and need something bigger now.

I purchased the Weber Genesis Grill based on Weber’s strong reputation, but it has been disappointing. The warranty is misleading—it claims to be lifetime, but you’re responsible for buying expensive replacement parts. Customer service is also frustrating, as reps seem unfamiliar with the grill’s components. Despite keeping it protected under a truss in South Florida, I’ve had to repeatedly replace rusted parts. To keep it looking decent, I even had to spray paint the doors. Overall, this grill has not met expectations, and I wouldn’t buy another Weber product.

I bought my Weber Genesis nine years ago still works like a dead brand new unbelievable grill. Lights up like it did when I first bought it.
