We've had this grill for about 7 years using consistently throughout the summer, spring fall, and even winter. If you were to look at this grill you would think that it was maybe a couple years old. Well-built and in pristine condition even still. We've had it covered with a soft cover when we're not using it, but it's in better condition than I would have anticipated. Have absolutely no complaints regarding this grill. And one of the nice things is there's a flat top insert that we purchased that allows us to do things like smashburgers that are a little bit more difficult on the typical great grill. Heating is consistent and heats up quickly. Has a nice thermometer in the lid which helps you gauge what the temperature is inside. It's been awhile since we put it together, but I don't remember having any issues and everything feels very solid. It certainly feels like it will last another 10-15 years no problem. We love to grill and we have gotten so much use out of this Weber Genesis grill. Have always been very impressed with Weber products. Have a smoker too as well but haven't tried out any of their flat top grills yet. Maybe one day. The grill came with a Bluetooth thermometer which we used a couple times and worked well but just didn't use it consistently enough. I think it's sitting in a drawer somewhere. Not a con. Just not something we use very often. Last thing, and again not a con to something to be aware of, is when you switch tanks you have to be careful to open up the propane tank and let it set and fill up the plumbing for a little bit before you try to start your grill. If you don't, it goes into the safe mode and it won't allow you to heat up the grill to its Max temp. The first time this happened to me I didn't realize it and thought the grill was broken but after a little digging around on the internet I figured out what was going on.

Overall I think this is a great grill. It cooks evenly and heats up very fast. The grates are easily removed for deep cleaning. The drip pan is easy to access and empty. The only downside I have is the wheels are cheap.
