Honestly can’t sleep the night before work without these or other melatonin products. Great price point too

I feel like this is something that at best MIGHT help, but at worst, won’t hurt. I have such bad insomnia that I’ve had to use prescription sleep aids so for me, these really don’t do to much. But for people that experience just some light difficulty falling asleep, I would recommend trying this product because it might just work better for you than it did for me! This is a good product but , it didn’t work for me. I personally need more the 3mg for it to work for me. Usually 10 works. If you don’t require a high mg then this is the product for you!
