I'm giving these pills a 3 star, not because they aren't good but because its too soon to see results and they're a little hard to swallow. They are fairly large gel capsules, is have to say the length from the top of your pink to the second pinky joint? A little smaller than that but it might as well be that long. I have recently started taking these and I don't know if it's just me but I started noticing some changes in my hair. My hair feels more thick and shiny. I would recommend looking for other multi-vitamins that include Omega-3 just so you can skip this step during your daily vitamin taking rituals.
