The Tremont gate comes with the most reliable self-closing hinges in the industry, a key-lockable safety latch and an aluminum insert in the top and bottom rail for added strength. The Tremont vinyl gate kit is intended for use with the Tremont vinyl fence kit (PWPR-OT-5x6 & PWPR-OT-5x8) but will work with many other vinyl fences.
Gate comes unassembled but detailed installation instructions and support are provided; Made from commercial grade vinyl that is 5X stronger than wood (based on 6606 PSI tensile strength); Low Maintenance: no painting, staining or sanding required and only requires soap and water to clean; Install with confidence - latch and hinges tested to over 1 million cycles; Hinges â The hinges included are made from commercial grade polymer and are self-closing. The self-closing tension is adjustable and the hinges are horizontal and vertical adjustable; Latch â The key-lockable latch included is made from commercial grade polymer and can lock and open from either side of the gate. Also included is a gate handle with a built in gate stop and a drop rod.; Designed to fit a 92 in. maximum opening but can be cut down onsite to fit your specific needs; Gate opening must be 3 in. wider than the two gates, (1 inch for each hinge side, and 1 inch in the middle for the latch) for exact variances, see gate hardware instructions; Aluminum insert in the bottom rail ensures superior strength and durability; Fence panels (PTPR-OT-6x6 and PTPR-OT-6x8) sold separately; If ordering multiple sections along with the gate, your order will ship unassembled on a pallet via semi truck. The trucking company will call prior to delivery to schedule a delivery time. Customer is required to offload the pallet by hand curbside.
