I've had my Waterpik Ultra for about two years and it still works like it's brand new. It has an adjustable water flow dial that makes the water flow very powerful. If you have weak gums, you will need to condition them before using high mode. It goes from 1 to 10. I have mine set to eight and it's the perfect strength. The water tank holds a lot of water and it's perfect and strong water pressure. It has a variety of attachments that provide different types of sprays and brush styles. If you don't have one and you really want one, the Wayerpik Ultra is a great unit. I've also been using the same rechargeable battery since new.
