I feel that Walmart.com is a great resource when you are shopping online, however I find I it slightly frustrating trying to navigate around and I feel that when you see a product and you see the price you should be able to tell if it is sold out or not, because I had to click on each item and waste my time, assuming that I could order this project just to find out it is sold out and though it doesn’t take that long, it is still frustrating when it is happening constantly. They could have changed it, but I doubt it. I haven’t used that website in months mainly for that reason, but also for the setup. I feel that the way it is organized frustrates me. I find it hard to find what I’m looking for when I don’t know it yet. Let me elaborate, say I’m looking for room decor (which is what I typically search for), I generally find things that I have no interest in and even refining my search and messing with the buttons for price and color and brand etc., I still don’t find what I’m looking for, granted it could be my expectations, but I feel that going into a store is so much better no matter what. Obviously if they don’t have what you are looking for it’s not the best choice, but you can’t tell the quality, you can tell if the shirt is soft, or if the pants are actually your size, you can tell if the product is actually as big as it looks, and there aren’t any shipping fees. The convenience of shopping online is great, but it really isn’t if you receive the wrong item or the wrong size, and they can change the product without you even knowing that the sizes changed (*cough* *cough*). I just find that shopping in a store is better.
