These are my favorite butter shortbread cookies! We recently used them to make cheesecake crust and it was delicious. The texture and airiness is the best.

Apprezzo moltissimo che la loro ricetta contiene pochi ingredienti e questo li rende più sfiziosi. Questi biscotti hanno una sapore molto marcato ed oleoso grazie ad una generosa quantità di burro. La consistenza e ' friabile e croccante con ogni morso. Contengono pochi zuccheri (16 grammi su 100) pertanto sono versatili da poter essere arricchiti sopra con un confettura oppure crema di frutta secca.

Soo lovely. I find theses are soft, buttery and sweet. The texture is quite crumbly and slowly melts in my mouth. I find these go well with a massive cup of tea or coffee. Soo good!
