I have been using this product for 30 days now and I must admit that it's something that I would reccomend to anyone. I take it for a healthy intestinal system and I just learned that probiotics also helps if you have allergies (ex. pollen). I read an article stating it and it really works. Now that I know they work, I will choose the 40 billion CFU's, which is the correct dose. It was buy 1, get 1 free at Walgreens for $11.99.
