So here’s the deal. Plantar fasciitis is a horrible condition that requires a multi-pronged approach to resolve. Based on your foot arch type (flat footed, high arched.) you’re probably going to have to use multiple techniques to correct. These inserts were great, but you’re going to also have to use hamstring stretches and loosen up the connected muscles that are causing the extreme tension. I do recommend these as part of the course of treatment to resolve this condition. Stretch your legs and hamstrings, especially every day!
