I have tried this product and it works very well I had surgery and couldn't sleep the nurse that would come and check up on me told me try these pills I've used them ever since and they are expensive

I take melatonin to sleep. Sometimes i like to take 1 mg tablets and they do work. You can also give them to your kids and its a low doese. Overall good product from walgreens.
