I am taking vitamins k and D for bone health. I like this supplement because I can buy it at Walmart and it is reasonably priced. I do wish it contained less d, it contains 5,000 iu. Combined with my multivitamin that is really more than I would prefer to take, but I cannot find a combo pill with less. Otherwise the pills are fine and easy to take.
