I have had this set of phones for a couple of years now. My other phones battery died and it is just as cheap to buy a new one versus trying to find a battery. I am actually pretty happy with this phone set. I did have to put the answering machine in my bedroom and the other base in the living room  since the one base just needs plugged in. The sound quality is very good. There are multiple ring tones on the phone to choose from. All in all it is a pretty easy phone to use.

This phone works great. We have Voip phone line and this phone seems to work great. We do not receive many calls, but it has great sound and work in the back yard and in our detached garage which is farther from our house and the base.

Great phone and slim to carry if you need to while waiting for a call. Also I believe you can add additional handsets which is handy if you have a larger family.
