This has to be probably the best pre workout drink I've ever had. They are hard to find so I don't have them often. You definitely want to follow the directions because this stuff is strong, You'll be going all day. I'm not an energy drink person so I've only used this as a pre workout and it does the job.

I use these whenever I have to be up super early in the morning. I think these are way better than energy drinks.

Love this produxt. Grape was my favorite flavor. My day starts very early so I need a pick me up so that I am interacting with customers and on my A game. I have tried lots of energy drinks and this is by far the best for a pick me up with leaving me with that shaking feeling. Big fan of red line and all their products.

I use these every once in a while when I have to be awake for work at 3:30 am. While they are probably not a good idea for use on a regular basis, they are great on occasion when you are tired and need a pick me up.

I Wouldn't recommend drinking these regular, but when you need a shot of energy drink this and it comes in many great flavors
