I was extremely excited to receive my Vizio 55" Quantum 4K QLED HDR Smart TV however, I am now extremely disappointed. I went through the setup process on the TV without any problems and once setting up my local channels the TV black screened. I can hear the channel in the background but have no picture. Did a soft reset and master reset but the problem just continued. The pictures I provided are the setup process when you first turn your TV on. Pretty straightforward and easy to set up.

This television is the perfect size to fill a room, and has amazing picture quality! The Home Screen/smart cast is so easy to use and the remote has a talking command feature so finding your way around is even easier!

I love it! 55” is a perfect TV size. It’s great for watching movies, television or gaming. The picture is clear and the colors are vibrant. I also think the user interface is relatively simple and easy to use. Overall I’m extremely happy to have this TV!!
