I began to drink Vitamin Water in Nursing school because I kept getting sick. Therefore, I figured "vitamin" water would help me and keep me hydrated as well as help me get the vitamins that I need. Little did I know I began to feel tired and moody all the time. I gained about fifteen pounds after drinking vitamin water for about 5 months. As soon as as I stopped drinking the water I began to lose weight. Do not let the "Vitamin" fool you!! There is a ton of sugar in these and they are actually horrible for you!
I've had all the flavors of vitamin water, and enjoy most of them. Lemonade, XXX, and the watermelon-caffeine ones are my three 2nd favorites - but lemonade zero is at the top of the list. It tastes great, is refreshing, and has no aftertaste - and to top that all off, it doesn't contain any sugar! I prefer it to Propel, Gatorade, other vitamin water, and basically everything.
I used to be a huge Vitamin Water fan. I bought into the idea that I was drinking flavored water that was really good for me. In actuality you are drinking sugared flavored water with some added vitamins. You are just getting empty calories and sugars sitting on your teeth. The flavors are good and the packaging is amusing. But don't think you are bettering your diet with these.
At first I didn't really like vitamin water, but now I'm addicted! I always drink this to rehydrate after a day at the beach. My favorite is dragonfruit, which is a must try! Also a little tip, if you go to walmart or safeway/vons, they always have them on sale for like 79 cents or cheaper. Definitely cheap and worth the try!
I've tried quite a few flavors of Vitamin Water, and have yet to be impressed by any of them. There are so many flavors, but everything I've tried just leaves more flavor to be desired. As far as flavored water goes this makes me think they melted a sugar free popsicle and added some water to it, it has that little flavor.
These are my favorite Vitamin drinks! This flavor is a bit on the sweet side, but I enjoy it! And the best part is that it doesn't taste too artificially sweetened because it uses Stevia instead of aspartame! And Stevia is all-natural. I love it! This is a drink I never feel guilty about drinking.
I tried this product because it appeared to be the only enriched water product with a diet version that doesn't contain artificial sweeteners. "Squeezed" flavor is AWESOME - it is tastier and closer to fresh lemonade than any other bottled beverage I've tried, diet or no. It outdoes Snapple, Fuze, Sobe Lifewater, etc
These aren't nearly as good for you as they make you believe. They are full of sugar and flavorings. I do enjoy the zero versions. For something other than water, this can be a choice. I would just watch how much your drink.
I love these waters! If your wanting something more towards the healthy side but getting sick of the bland taste of water, go for one of these! They have a variety of flavors and taste great. Its also not a sickening sweet flavor like a soda or a caprisun sort of juice. It is also healtheir than both. The packaging is cute, the cost is reasonable, and the flavors great.
I love Vitamin Water! I've tried several of the flavors and they were great. It's a good alternative to plain water. I don't drink them too often though because I know that while it might seem healthy, it's actually not. Pretty sure it's full of sugar but that's why I limit myself. But nonetheless, great product!
