They aren't as bad for you as a coke but they aren't as good for you as something natural like water!!

Water is always your best bet for quenching your thirst but if you need a little something extra these aren't a bad option. They are similar to Gatorade or Powerades in that they have sugars and carbs. Its definitely a better option than reaching for a soda.

Regular Vitamin Water is similar to Gatorade. I recommend the Vitamin Water Zero. I wouldn't use it as my only way of taking in fluids but having a bottle or two a day is great. Again, try the Vitamin Water Zero.

Yes. I believe Glaceau was actually sued or sanctioned to stop promoting these as a healthy beverage. They have just as much sugar as soda.

The vitamin zero is way better for you, but if you feel you don't want to drink soda your best bet is to drink the regular vitamin water. Drink it in moderation. Every flavor is different also.

Well, depends! Everything is generally okay, in MODERATION. This drink has a fair amount of sugar, less so in the ZERO brand(which is 0 cals), but there are great flavors, and its a WAAAYY healthier alternative to soda, and other incredibly carbonated drinks. :)

Nope. It's more like juice than real water. Food coloring, calories, sweeteners... all these things hide in this product, but people still buy it because "oh, vitamins, it must be healthy!" I don't mean to be harsh, but that's the same thinking most juice (and milk) companies have. If you want a good for you beverage, you can't beat plain water.

There ok for you just don't drink them all the time everyday like you do with regular water since they are expensive and they have a lot in them
