I purchased the boost arm patches for extra energy and yes I think they are very effective just not for my line of work I noticed the second I started to sweat it was falling off but I tried it again this weekend in a different position and it seemed to stay on more effectively besides that I loved them ! I thought it was new intavative and a fun way to get our youth into health and skin care! Great job!
