As a physician I tout the benefits of compression socks to my patients all the time but until recently didn't use them myself. There are a ton of expensive prescription-grade options out there but the average consumer doesn't need something like that. I've seen the quality and appearance of many other OTC brands and these are by far some of my favorite. The are a very good quality athletic compression sock. They probably don't provide enough compression to attempt to treat something like venous stasis but they will make ankle swelling and leg fatigue much better for most people. They seem to be fairly true to size so follow their guide when ordering. You don't want them too big or the benefit will be lost.
