oh my gosh... this tastes SO BAD!!! i bought this thinking it was gonna be so good because vital proteins is such a big company but it's horrible. i had this in my water bottle and when i was drinkign it near my friend, she sniffed around saying something smelled. we figured out that it came from my water bottle and it was this powder!!!

I received 3 as a gift but purchased 3 myself. The pre workout gives you crazy energy. I had planned to workout for only 30 minutes 😱buuuut had so much energy left I continued for 20 more minutes.
