THIS!!! Since the first day I bought it, I was hooked. My hair was short and I had instant regret. I wanted it long again. I drank this Collagen Peptides and because it has no flavor it goes perfect with my morning breakfast smoothies I drink everyday. I'm a creature of habit what can I say? I like what I like. I love that it has protein also because since I'm on a weightloss journey (postpartum weight) I need that extra protein with all my meals. There is no weird texture to is either so I add it to my Greek yogurt sometimes if I don't have my morning smoothie. Also, weightloss AND postpartum causes hair loss.
