Tried a sample of this. The flavor wasn’t the best, and it was very difficult to mix. I’m unsure if it is effective since I just tried a sample, but I couldn’t stomach the taste/texture so I did not purchase a full size tub.

This brand is very good. I like the ingredients and the taste is nice. I also like that it has hyaluronic acid in it. I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin and nails.

I am almost 40 and have been looking for ways to improve my appearance as I age. I've been taking this supplement for a few weeks and I am starting to notice some small improvements. My nail in particular are growing quicker than normal. I've also noticed their condition has improved. My nail beds were damaged by wearing acrylics but the condition is a lot better. My hair feels good as well and I've noticed some new growth. I can't say I have noticed an improvement in my skin but maybe with time. The flavour is quite subtle and not really noticeable when mixed with milk or in a smoothie. I do have to say I don't like the consistency when adding just to water as it tends to be a bit lumpy. Overall, a decent supplement that has somewhat improved my nails and hair.
