My nails have literally never been so strong in my life this stuff works wonders. I enjoy the taste and the tube style packaging because it is very spill proof and easy to store.

This product is effective and helps me gets some extra proteins and vitamins in my regular diet. I’m not a huge fan of the taste, so I find myself mixing in a pink lemonade packet to help make it drinkable. The hard plastic tube packaging makes it hard to dispense the powder, you have to squeeze your hand in there to scoop it out. I’d rather a soft sided, resealable package.
