Love Vital Proteins Vital Performance Protein Powder. I've tried both chocolate and vanilla, and they both taste amazing. I like to mix it with Vital Proteins Collagen Chocolate Powder with my morning shake. These protein powders are a tasty addition to your diet. I don’t work out heavily but I don’t get enough protein from my diet and these help supplement it. I’d like them to add some fruit flavors

I have given this product 5 stars because I have tried other brands and they were either full of fillers and additional ingredients or I had side effects. I did much research before contemplating another collagen product as I am hypersensitive with many ingredients and medications and although this brand is more expensive than others it is excellent. It is important when choosing collagen that it is hydrolysed as it is better absorbed into the body. The recommended serving size is 2 scoops daily but due to my hypersensitivity I started with a half scoop. It mixes well with hot water and I usually add some prune juice as although it is unflavoured there is still a taste. I was suffering with nightly hip pain that was affecting my sleep and as I cannot take any pain relief medications I was feeling very miserable. I decided to try it as many support groups in the UK and USA had been talking about collagen and how good it was for bones and as I had recently been diagnosed with Osteoporosis I was anxious to find something that might aid towards my recovery. Within one week all the pain in my hip had gone and I was sleeping better. I also noticed that the pain around my spinal fractures had eased too. I have vertical ridges in my nails and I had been taking Biotin for those but I have given that up in favour of Collagen Peptides as I noticed the ridges on the nails of my index fingers have disappeared. The other discovery was the hair at the base of my neckline has grown 8 inches in 3 months! I cannot comment on the results for skin as I have good skin anyway. (There is a scoop included in the container but it is often buried at the bottom of it). I have recommended this product to many people and as my mobility has improved because the pain has gone I highly recommend this product. The outcome is; I am still only taking a half scoop daily which means this product lasts much longer than expected and when the price is factored into that it is actually a very good buy.
