This is an absolute staple in my daily supplements! I tried another brand that did nothing. This works!!!! I use this daily to keep things "moving" in my digestive system. A serving size is 2 Capsules and that works perfect for me! I take at night as to make sure its not near coffee (caffeine depletes Magnesium so take 2hrs away from). This brand is wonderful!!! Super happy my functional medicine doc suggested it.
