I loved how these vitamins looked and they tasted really good but high sugar content. I couldn’t really tell if the vitamins were giving me more energy or the sugars

Taste great for gummy vitamins and are easy to take everyday, and don’t have strong vitamin aftertaste. Dosage is normal, but wouldn’t recomend to over dose , absorption is without any problems.
