They’re soft, easy to chew and don’t have the strong vitamin taste that supplements do. Even though marketed as prenatal vitamins, my reviews is simply based on my experience using the product. If you are not very good at taking medicine, I highly recommend doing it in gummies, they are really delicious, I also use them postpartum for breastfeeding, I highly recommend them
