Very effective at getting me to go to sleep. The taste makes you want to eat more but you don’t need to. It’s a great value for your money and the packaging is eye grabbing. The texture is just like a gummy.

I take these because my medical condition makes it difficult for me to reach restorative sleep. I previously used 1mg tablets, but they just were not helping me fall asleep and stay asleep. I prefer gummy vitamins because they're easier for me to digest. This is an extra strength gummy. It is 10 mg. After consulting my doctor and getting the approval from him, I purchased the extra strength melatonin. The amount of time it takes to kick in is going to be different for everybody. For me and my body chemistry, it takes between 20 and 30 minutes before the relaxation sets in and then I'm able to drift off to sleep. Melatonin should not be used every night because you can build a tolerance and it can throw your circadian rhythm off. I've been using these for over a month now. I only take it when my insomnia is really bad. It's been a great relief to get restorative sleep. This absolutely must be kept away from children. They are a very tasty strawberry gummy and looks like candy. They do have children's melatonin, but definitely consult with your child's doctor before implementing it into your child's sleep routine.
