Being ill with chest infection for weeks, somebody recommended this to help with the tightness and fatigue. Already, I'm on day 3 of 2×5 ml a day. by the second day, I felt a little more energetic and generally slightly more human. I think the iron and B12 have to be thanked for this! Must admit the taste isn't great, and I quickly have to wash it away with juice. But that's something I'd sooner deal with than continuing with the fatigue.
