I think it is an excellent exercise and with this hoop is much more intense the exercise, I saw it a little weak however I have overweight and perfectly withstand my weight and the resistance is expected neither much nor little, in addition to the included video you can find in Youtube with various exercises you can do with it so it is not easy to get bored
