I tried this because I bought the Trendmood box and it came in there. Packaging seems excessive. 1st of all I hate flavored water and this just tasted like flavored water. It had a weird smell in my cup. It made me pee very often and more frequently. I just felt it was gimmicky and it did nothing for me. I stopped at 2. I could not drink any more. They also made me feel dehydrated.
