It has very nice packaging for the brand and is a good plumper for the price. the lip product has no scenes to it or color so it can be worn over anything or alone. it gives a good natural plump and gives a good shine

I was not impressed with this lip plumper. I assumed since it was Victoria Secret (a brand I LOVE) it would be a good lip plumper, but I thought wrong. It does not plump your lips at all. It does make your lips shiny, and it does tingle as most lip plumper do. That is all it does. It is a little too pricey ($14.95) for a lip gloss that does not do as it is supposed to.

On le mettant ça picote un peu ! Et je trouve que ça donne un joli effet ‘ genre re pulper ‘ j’aime beaucoup. Il est transparent donc on peut mettre un rouge à lèvre en dessous
