I absolutely love this product. It does exactly what if says it does on the box. I even put it on my feet. It's my first port of call when I get a cold or if i'm congested. You can put as much or as little as you like on. I love everything about it from the easy to use pot to the menthol smell. It lasts forever in the cupboard and is always a reasonable price.
