Veuve Cliquot Demi-Sec champagne is a New Year's staple in our house. It is the perfect amount of sweet and bubbly. I am not a huge fan of dry champagnes and this one does not disappoint. You can really smell and taste the pears and caramel with each sip. It pairs well with a fruit and cheese platter. Add white chocolate dipped strawberries to the mix for a special twist!
