I have had Verizon Wireless as my provider for probably about 16 years now and the cell service does pretty well. I don’t normally hit areas with dead spots so I’m able to carry a conversation or search online easily. I set up online bill pay which was very easy to do. Their service for international is also very solid and affordable depending on how long you need to be gone.

I’ve been with Verizon for 6+ years. Verizon has always been costly but I was okay paying the price for my service and amazing customer service over the phone. That has decreased over my time with them. They made the app less accessible and removed things like “promise to pay option” (still available when you call in but you need to pay to get the help over the phone!) Verizon began charging ”agent assistant fees” when you called in to speak with an agent. That is like paying tuition but getting charged every time you raise your hand to ask a question. We should not be charged to ask a question about a service we are already paying for
