We have had Verizon services for over 10 years. We had cable up until just recently and were happy with our plan. Customer service helped when needed and honored deals from time to time as we were loyal customers. Recently we switched to just internet because we no longer need cable.

Verizon fios has great customer service and strong service nationwide. The downside is though that they are really expensive. The installation process is very straightforward and took less than 10 min to start up. Great internet

Good up time and prices. I replaced optimum the second Fios became available and never looked back. Their support is great and installation was done professionally.
