I really enjoy this happy lamp. Living in WI there are so many months we don’t see enough sun, thus reducing our vitamin D. I wasn’t sure if using something like this would actually work, but I gave it a try. I’m so happy I did. It’s not only incredibly bright, but it does increase my mood. It doesn’t seem to impact my electric bill and I keep it on my desk turned on all day during work hours. It’s super lightweight and easy to move if you wanted to change rooms. Simply open the box, plug it in and it’s ready to go! 10/10 recommend for anyone who gets a little sad during the winter!
