These bar tastes great. I do feel the caffeine in it and helps me stay focus. I love taking one in the morning to warm me up for the day. Love the banana taste!

Flavor wise this bar was alright (how can you go wrong with chocolate chip banana bread) but what I was most excited about was each bar equals 1 espresso. Apparently I need 4 espresso bars next time cuz this tired mama recieved no energy boost and wanted a nap.
