I can’t tell how effective this actually is because I only got a supply of 7? (I think it was 7) but the flavor was so bad and so sweet! It says to mix with 8oz of water (or milk). Well even 16oz wasn’t enough for me to water it down. I guess you can split the package into two drinks throughout the day. I just wasn’t a fan of the sweetness and flavor so I won’t repurchase again. I don’t understand why is everyone adding so much sweeteners into these.

Pros: I noticed an improvement in my digestive system but that’s about it. Taste: Enh, I actually like the green one best but has a strong artificial flavor. Cons: terribly hard to mix!

I was really excited to try this product! I was on the hunt for a supplement that would help with growing out my hair. I received this as a points redemption from sephora so I was able to sample the product without purchasing. First off, the packaging is cute and the one time use samples is convenient. I followed the instructions and mixed the powder supplement with water. I first noticed it would not dissolve as quickly as other powder supplements I used. Once I tasted it, it was difficult for me to finish. I believe it's the sugar alternatives in the supplement that I can't bare the taste of. I am okay with grassy tastes or earthy, but when the taste is an artificial sweet with grainy texture I could not finish it no matter how much I wanted to. I don't like wasting product and I wanted the benefits for my hair but I couldn't drink it. Then I tried it in a smoothie, and again I could not get past the taste. I drink a powder supplement/probiotic everyday (green vibrance) so I am used to these formulas and not so pleasant tastes, but this one did not work for me at all. I was only able to try a few flavors and gave up. I would have loved to take it longer to see health and beauty benefits, i hope others enjoy it!
