A farmer may receive certification only after three years of organic farming in order to ensure that the soil has eliminated any traces of previous additives. The Arbequina olive has a sweet and nutty flavor the essence of which is captured in this beautiful gold tinged olive oil from the Vea family. Although it leaves a slight hint of black pepper, it is essentially very delicate. Therefore, it lends itself to various uses from bread dipping to finishing to vinaigrettes.
